The psychology of making patterns is driven by the human brain’s evolutionary need to organize, predict, and control its environment. Humans are wired to find meaning in repetition, using patterns to establish order, communicate complex ideas, and soothe cognitive overload.... in this workshop we take complex images and break them down into simple repetitive patterns. In a following exercise, we take complex overwhelming thoughts and turn them into something beautiful, manageable and useful!
